During the Steve Harvey Mentorship Camp I had to take some time out to speak at a breakfast sponsored by Furthering Fathering in College Park, Atlanta. The attendees of the breakfast included College Park’s Councilman Joe Carn and Tracey Wyatt as well at Police Chief Meadows. In the meeting I spoke about the camp and the over 250 young black men in attendance. My message as simple; “Are we prepared to do the extended work necessary to save our black boys?”
